Element x Griffin
As the Lead Designer for the collection series spanning seven seasons—three while working at Griffin and four at my time presently at Element,
I was deeply involved in every stage from initial concept creation to final production. My responsibilities included initial range planning, sketches, ideas, designs, technical file creation, and development handover.
I also focused on art placements, trims creation, camouflage pattern design, fabric and color selection, as well as fittings and proto and production comments. Inspired by the outdoors and engineered for modern urban living, the collections feature standout outerwear pieces, a reversible sherpa fleece.
Notably, the Pinnacle Outerwear jackets are distinguished by their progressive shape, style, and colors, offering both heavy insulated jackets with lightweight character and two 3-layer shell jackets with hardwearing bonded cotton resistant to relentless weather conditions.
Griffin, a British brand known for high-quality finishes, craftsmanship, creative flair, and superb manufacturing capabilities, blends sportswear, high fashion, and military influences, while maintaining a commitment to transparency and a mindful, considered approach to product design.
